SecureCare’s clinical review objective is to ensure that in-network providers are practicing and utilizing the appropriate level of care for patients from a clinical necessity standpoint. Meet the newest members of the clinical review team.

Veronica Ngo, PT, DPT

Dr. Veronica Ngo received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Kean University, located in New Jersey. From there she went on to receive a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University).

For the past 17 years, Dr. Ngo has been practicing in New Jersey as a licensed physical therapist in a variety of settings, which include acute and sub-acute rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and outpatient orthopedic clinics.

In addition to working as a physical therapist, Dr. Ngo applies her clinical knowledge to performing clinical reviews. In this role, she reviews clinics to provide recommendations on the medical necessity/effectiveness of physical therapy services.
