SecureCare Leadership

Benjamin Rose serves as Chief Executive Officer of SecureCare. He brings extensive leadership experience in healthcare technology and operations. Prior to joining SecureCare, Rose served as Vice President of Information Technology for the Population Health Services Organization at CommonSpirit Health, where he led initiatives to improve customer experience, market performance, and operational efficiency. He also held several leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, including Vice President of Market Solutions and Customer Experience/Sales Operations and Leader of Information Services and Technology, where he helped drive market growth and product development. 

Louis Andersen serves as SecureCare’s chief executive officer emeritus. Andersen has nearly 40 years of leadership in the health care arena. Previously, he was CEO of Coventry Health Care of Nebraska, served in numerous executive roles, including president of Health Data Management Company, and was Senior VP of mergers and acquisitions at United Health Group. Andersen received his Master of Business Administration from New York’s Columbia University Graduate School of Business and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.

Dr. Nick Payne is the Chief Medical Officer for SecureCare. Before joining SecureCare, Dr. Payne graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2003 and joined his father’s practice in Florence, Kentucky. He has since become a well-known coding, documentation, and Medicare trainer and was voted Kentucky Chiropractor of the Year by his peers in 2011 and 2012. As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Payne oversees SecureCare’s clinical operations and contributes to the credentialing and clinical review committees.
